Profitability is directly correlated to the efficiency of the mother cow in an unfavorable, brittle environment. It is our belief that cattle with bred-in fleshing ability, capacity, moderate milk and maternal instinct offer a larger margin than their counterparts. Optimization is achieved when selective breeding is combined with real world application and profit, or loss are at stake.
